Think Green Energy

Agency client:

Storm (UK, 2011)

The brief:

Think Green Energy is a renewable energy company providing green energy solutions, such as solar thermal panels, photovoltaic (PV) panels and ground-source heat pumps (GSHP).

The company was working with Storm to develop its first website, which would include content for both the customer-facing and investment sides of the business.

What I did:

  • Reviewed the proposed sitemap, made suggestions for improvements and identified content gaps.
  • Drafted all web content (body copy, metadata, micro copy and 404 page) from source materials including technical specifications.
  • Talked about complex ideas and renewable energy technology in an easy-to-understand way.
  • Produced web-friendly copy that was accessible, usable and optimised for both people and search engines.
